The primary aim of the research was to construct and validate the Students' organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. In addition, this research aimed to examine the relationship between perceptions of multifoci justice (professors and colleagues) and students' target-similar organizational citizenship behaviors (towards faculty, professors and colleagues). The results of confirmatory factor analysis performed on a sample of 1513 university students confirmed three-factor structure of the new questionnaire (students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards: faculty, professors and colleagues). The results indicate the importance of target similarity model, that is, the similarity between perceived sources of justice and targets of organizational citizenship behavior. Namely, the results of hierarchical regression analyses suggest that dimensions of professors' fairness are stronger positive predictors of students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards professors compared to students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards faculty and colleagues. Furthermore, colleagues' fairness proved to be a stronger predictor of students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards colleagues in comparison to students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards faculty and professors. In general, analyses indicated a statistically significant contribution of the majority of dimensions of professors' and colleagues' fairness (professors' procedural, distributive and interactional justice and colleagues' interactional justice) in prediction of students' organizational citizenship behaviors towards the specific target (faculty, professors, colleagues).
