Abstract
U radu će se razmatrati i raspravljati te potkrijepiti rezultatima istraživanja pitanja školskog ozračja, odnosno, razredno-nastavnog ozračja kao njegova dijela te uloge nastavnika u njegovu kvalitetnom i pozitivnom uspostavljanju. Razredno-nastavno ozračje kao dio područja zanimanja didaktike kao grane pedagogije, ali i pedagogije općenito važno je kako za izvršavanje zadataka odgoja i obrazovanja u školi, tako i za emocionalni i socijalni razvoj učenika te zadovoljstvo i ispunjenost poslom nastavnika. Uloga nastavnika u stvaranju i održavanju kvalitetnog i pozitivnog razredno-nastavnog ozračja povezat će se s nekim važnim pojmovima pedagogije kao što su didaktika, kurikulum, kreativnost i upravljanje razredom, ali i onim subjektivnim, ali ne manje važnim, doživljajima kao što su emocije i problemi u ponašanju. Osim nastavnika, kao glavnog autoriteta u nastavnom procesu, bit će riječi i o utjecaju ravnatelja i stručne službe prvenstveno na rad nastavnika, a onda i na učenike putem razredno-nastavnog ozračja.
Abstract (english)
The paper will consider, discuss and support with research results topic of school atmosphere, ie, the classroom atmosphere as part of it, and the role of the teacher in its quality and positive establishment. The classroom teaching as a part of the field of didactics, which is a part of pedagogy, but also pedagogy is general, is important for carrying out the tasks of education in the school as well as for the emotional and social development of students, and the satisfaction and fulfillment of the teachers' work. The role of teachers in the creation and maintenance of a quality and positive classroom atmosphere will be linked to some important concepts of pedagogy such as didactics, curriculum, creativity and classroom management, but also subjective, but not less important, experiences such as emotions and problems in behavior. In addition to teachers, as the main authority in the teaching process, there will also be words about the influence of the principal and the professional service, primarily on the work of teachers, and then on the students through the classroom atmosphere.
