Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati odnos stila privrženosti sa zastupljenosti tjelesnih simptoma, uzimajući u obzir anksioznost kao crtu ličnosti kao medijacijsku varijablu. U svrhu ispitivanja stila privrženosti korišten je Upitnik privrženosti prema članovima obitelji. Za utvrđivanje stupnja prisutnih simptoma korišten je Pennebakerov inventar limbičke iscrpljenosti, dok je Endlerova multidimenzionalna skala anksioznosti kao crte ličnosti korištena za mjerenje anksioznosti kao crte ličnosti. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 185 studenata Filozofskog fakulteta u Osijeku. Za obradu podataka korištene su regresijske analize i t-test. Pokazalo se kako sigurna privrženost izravno doprinosi manjoj zastupljenosti tjelesnih simptoma. Što se tiče provjere neizravnog odnosa stila privrženosti i tjelesnih simptoma putem anksioznosti kao crte ličnosti, pokazalo se kako je anksioznost medijator između navedenih varijabli. Kod provjere imaju li sudionici različitih stilova privrženosti drugačiju zastupljenost tjelesnih simptoma korišten je t-test, kojim se utvrdilo kako se različiti stilovi privrženosti ne razlikuju u zastupljenosti tjelesnih simptoma.
Abstract (english)
Aim of the study was to examine the relationship between attachment style and self-reported physical symptoms, considering trait-anxiety as mediation variable. The Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory was used to measure attachment style. For measuring self-reported physical symptoms The Pennebaker Inventory of Limbic Languidness was used and for trait-anxiety Endler Multidimensional Anxiety Scales-Trait was used. The sample consisted of 185 students of Faculty of humanities and social sciences in Osijek. For statistical analysis regression analysis and t-test were used. Results have shown that secure attachment is directly related to decreased self-reported physical symptoms. The role of trait-anxiety as mediational variable was also confirmed.. No differences were found between different attachment styles in self-reported physical symptoms.
