Abstract
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema der romantischen Stillmittel in Manns Erzählung Tristan. Die romantischen Merkmale die in dieser Arbeit behandelt werden sind Symbolik, Ästhetik, Mischung der Gattungen, romantische Ironie, Ruckgriff nach dem Mythos, Naturverbundenheit und Abwendung von der kapitalistischen Arbeitswelt. Es wird an Hand von Beispielen erklärt, wie Thomas Mann diese Merkmale in seine Erzählung einbaut und auch wie er sie schließlich parodiert. Das zentrale Motiv von Manns Tristan wäre der Mythos von Tristan und Isolde und die gleichnamige Oper von Wagner. Mann benutzt diesen Mythos als Vorlage, um eine Parodie der Romantik zu schaffen. In der Erzählung stellt Mann das Ästhetische und Künstlerische dem Bürgerlichen und dem Leben in einen Gegensatz.
Abstract (croatian)
Ovaj rad se bavi temom romantičnih stilskih figure u Mannovoj pripovijetci Tristan. Romantične značajke koje se obrađuju u ovom radu su simbolika, estetika, miješanje žanrova, romantična ironija, vračanje mitu, povezanost s prirodom i odbijanje kapitalističkog svijeta rada. Objašnjava se pomoću primjera kako Thomas Mann ove značajke ugrađuje u svoju priču i kako ih na kraju parodira. Središnji motiv Mannova Tristana bi mit o Tristanu i Isoldi i istoimenoj operi od Wagnera. Mann koristi taj mit kao predložak za parodiju romantike. U pripovijetci sestavlja u kontrast estetsko i umjetničkos građanskim i životom.
