Giftedness is consisted of an interaction among three basic clusters of traits: above-average general or specific abilities, personality traits and a high degree of creativity. Depending on the different viewes, there are various definitions of giftedness, and today is the most widely accepted definition of giftedness focused on achievement. Identifying giftedness is a complex process that begins with the detection or identifying signs in the behavior and analyzing child works. It is a standardized and continuous process that involves all children at all age levels of the entire educational process. After recognizing signs of giftedness, environment should be dealing with child more intensely - systematic and planned enriching the child's experiences and organize increasingly complex situation in line with the increasing possibilities of a child, and it all depends on the parents involvement. Parents should have a flexible parenting style and quality to establish an emotional connection with a child. It is very important to have insight into the misconceptions and pay attention when identifying gifted. Recognizing the children's ability and directing their talent, is a major challenge, not only for parents but also for many teachers. Teachers need further education about this phenomenon in order to ensure the child's well-being in the school environment. Gifted children require adapted educational approaches and programs. The average school curriculum is usually uninteresting to them, and they may show signs of behavioral disorders, as well as difficulties in socialization. In addition, gifted children stand out of curiosity, perfectionism, self-criticism, setting high goals and poorly tolerating strict framework.
