Abstract
MMPI-2 se u kliničkoj praksi često upotrebljava u svrhu diferencijalne dijagnoze psihotičnih i nepsihotičnih poremećaja zbog čega je cilj ovog istraživanja bio utvrditi na kojim se varijablama najviše razlikuju skupine shizofrenih (N=51) i nepsihotičnih (N=47) sudionika istraživanja. U svrhu obrade podataka provedena je diskriminacijska analiza. Pretpostavka da će se skupine sudionika značajno razlikovati na ljestvicama rijetkih pojava F i Fb, paranoje, manije i bizarnog mišljenja i doživljavanja nisu potvrđene. Pretpostavka da će skupine sudionika značajno razlikovati na ljestvici shizofrenije je potvrđena. Obrada rezultata je pokazala da se skupine sudionika također značajno razlikuju na ljestvicama laganja, hipohondrije, histerije, ljetvici rijetkih pojava – psihopatologija i Goldbergovom indeksu. Na temelju poznavanja rezultata na diskriminacijskim varijablama moglo se točno klasificirati 84,3% shizofrenih sudionika i 76,6% nepsihotičnih psihijatrijskih sudionika, odnosno 80,6% uzorka na kojem je provedeno istraživanje
Abstract (english)
In clinical practice MMPI-2 is often applied for the purpose of differential diagnosis of psychotic and nonpsychotic psychiatric disorders and the aim of this research was to determine which MMPI-2 scales are most efficient in differentiating schizophrenic (N=51) and nonpsychotic (N=47) participants in this research. Discriminant analysis was used to determine wihch scales are most efficient in differentiating two groups of participants. The assumed significant differences between the two groups of participants on the Infrequency F and Fb scales, Paranoia, Hypomania, and Bizarre Mentation scales were not confirmed. The assumed significant difference between the two groups of paricipants on the Schizophrenia scale was confirmed. Results also showed that the two groups of participants differ significantly on the Lie, Hypochondriasis, Hysteria, Infrequency – Psychopathology scales, and Goldberg's index. The rate of correct classification for schizophrenic group was 84,3%. The rate of correct classification for nonpsychotic group was 76,6%. Overall rate of correct classification for both groups was 80,6%.
